More about EdVentures

The name "EdVentures" is a play on three words: Education, Adventure, and Ed, the name of the originator.

Ed Castro is a teacher with over 40 years of experience in public schools. He developed Karate Math with the hope of increasing student interaction in the learning process. Movement in the regular classroom learning environment is important to him. Kinesthetic learning should be a part of every school.

Donations received go to help students in their quest to learn. It will also allow for grants for teachers desirous of integrating more movement in the learning process. This is done locally and internationally through EdVentures, nfp, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization.
